Its alright, communicated well sent letters but sometimes can’t get through on the phone.

Really good and helpful was in Cyprus at the time and saw a doctor there for MRI & they referred me to ROH. MRI on Thursday and had a phone call on Monday and had a biopsy on the following week. Had a couple of operations. Communication and information giving has all been really good. Got well looked after. Come after every 3 months for x-rays and to see the consultants. Get letters on time.

First time coming and its easy to find & get to but parking not good. Keypad for inputting registration worn and smaller. May not be good for people with eye sight difficulties.

Used in past. This was really good. always been on time. Overall really good. Excellent communication between staff and sending out appointments.

Good communication about the appointments, delivery of letters are rubbish sometimes. Got letters after appointment but not hospital fault.
