Helpful reception staff

I am quite happy with the service provided. Reception staff are quite helpful.
Terrible GP practice so I left.

Terrible. They dismiss everything you say. They prescribe antibiotics without assessing you. They don't want to give you an appointment in person it is always over the phone. That wasn't working for me. I am glad to have left them.
Good at getting an appointment.

Sometimes I feel that they are good. Sometimes reception staff can be rude. They are good at getting you an appointment and at another surgery if you need it.
Everything is bad here.

They're good. I can get appointments with them and they are helpful. The staff are kind and very good.

They give a good service and respect the patients. Reception team is excellent.

Very good if you are able to get them on the phone, which may take ages.

Lucky if you can get an appointment. You can go online, call them and you don't get one. They either give you a date for a future appointment or you ask for an emergency. But it was easier to get an appointment during lockdown. Had to wait 1.5 hours for an appointment and the surgery is empty.
Rushed appointments

Doctors and nurses are great. Receptionists on their mobiles. Receptionist on phone was rude had nose in the air and signalled to me to go away. I Sat and waited half hour went pass my appointment. Receptionists said should have checked machine which wasn't working anyway, hence resulting In rushed appointment.
