Really good. The only problem is getting an appointment. Its really difficult.

They are good. I can get appointments and they are good with me and my husband. The doctors are good with talking to me and helping me. They give good advice. My medication is always ready too. Everything is good.
It isn't very good.

My GP is not very good. They make you wait over an hour to be told there aren't any appointments available. The staff are okay but it's not a good service.
Haven't had my 2 week follow up

I had an injection in my shoulder and they said they would follow up in 2 weeks and they haven't. The doctor was okay but I was just left confused as to what the injection was for as I thought it was for something for my knees.
Very rude reception staff

I called them 10 times and they didn't answer but when you go to the surgery all the reception staff are talking and on their phones all of the time. They are very rude staff.

It's very difficult to get an appointment. Even for emergency appointments you have to wait a few days.
I've moved practice

I didn't hear from them. They asked me for a urine sample and then never followed up with the results. I ended up moving to another practice which I hope will be more responsible.
Struggle to get appointments

It's hard and I struggle to get appointments. I struggle to find out about medication, even for myself. They give us an appointment for in 2, 3 or even 4 weeks time and they'll just see me when they can.

This surgery is horrendous impossible to get an appointment impossible to get results they won’t actively call you with results they ignore letters from hospitals, cardiology departments they are rude the receptionist cold hearted can’t give any answers other the I can’t answer that
