My GP has been good and at the moment, my medication and everything is okay.

Don't listen to what I want or need

Good, can take a while but they will see me. Not been great with my mental health but that's because they don't listen to what I want or need.
Can get appointments quickly for mom

Seem to get an appointment quicker for mom and get her seen by a doctor. Though an ambulance technician thought she would be better off being seen by a GP and I couldn't get her an appointment.
Difficult to get appointments

Continually call surgery on a regular basis throughout the day. Can't get appointment for the last few months.
Waiting time for appointment is 2 weeks

Excellent GP but chances of getting an appointment are close to zero. Always minimum waiting time for appointment is 2 weeks.

Very good doctor and nurses. But have to wait for ages on phone.
Go for minor illnesses

I go to them for appointments for minor illnesses but I can go to the pharmacy and they will prescribe me medication that works and costs less than a prescription.
