Me and family got covid positive and the surgery didn't offered us any support. My husband was given an telephone consultation but nobody bothered ringing back on that given time.
Rang the phone waited 24 minutes

Receptionist very bad manners . Too big for there boots. Need to fire them . Just because they have expanded forgotten how they got there .

Waiting 20 min+ caller 10 to 2 then hung up wanted to make an appointment for my wife she had a lump on her back suddenly appear very important to see the doctor, been phoning since morning time no answer only waiting in a queue

She does not care about you and she is very rude. She doesn’t explain the problem properly. She is by far the worst doctor I have come across. Disappointed with the surgery for keeping someone that doesn’t take care of her patients properly.

I've been with this surgery for some years. At times it's been hard to get an appointment, understandably as it's a large practice, but I've always managed to get one in in a timely fashion. I really like the nursing team. Especially Always pleasant, caring & helpful.
