Haven't had my 2 week follow up

I had an injection in my shoulder and they said they would follow up in 2 weeks and they haven't. The doctor was okay but I was just left confused as to what the injection was for as I thought it was for something for my knees.
Very rude reception staff

I called them 10 times and they didn't answer but when you go to the surgery all the reception staff are talking and on their phones all of the time. They are very rude staff.

It's very difficult to get an appointment. Even for emergency appointments you have to wait a few days.
I've moved practice

I didn't hear from them. They asked me for a urine sample and then never followed up with the results. I ended up moving to another practice which I hope will be more responsible.
Struggle to get appointments

It's hard and I struggle to get appointments. I struggle to find out about medication, even for myself. They give us an appointment for in 2, 3 or even 4 weeks time and they'll just see me when they can.

This surgery is horrendous impossible to get an appointment impossible to get results they won’t actively call you with results they ignore letters from hospitals, cardiology departments they are rude the receptionist cold hearted can’t give any answers other the I can’t answer that
Misdiagnosed and given the wrong medication

They don't have time to listen to your issues. I was misdiagnosed and given the wrong medication. I am very disappointed by the poor service received.

It's easier to go to the moon than to see your GP. Very difficult to get an appointment. I go to A&E and get things sorted instead.
Check ups after 1 week.

12 months ago I registered with the GP. After one week they did all check ups. The staff are not good or bad. They don't have an online registration system. You need to go there to book everything. After that I didn't have any appointments. I will probably go there soon.
