It can take 2 to 3 days to get an appointment and it can take 30 minutes to get through when you call. It's not always easy to call them at 8am and then wait a while to get an appointment.

Okay, it's easy to find an appointment. it used to take a while a few months ago. But they regularly send for my asthma review and I find them helpful.

Takes a while to get the results. When I was referred by GP the appointment didn't take long to come through. But I've been waiting for the results since November last year and when I call the practice they say they don't have them and my own practice doesn't have them either. So I feel like the bloods need to be repeated but I've had no appointment made for it.

They have deliberately tried to sabotage my health plan, the doctors a bully the receptionist are completely incompetent and the practice manager is a incompetent idiot that enjoys throwing her weight around. WARNING if you care about your health AVOID this practice.

GP is good but reaching him takes a lot of time & effort.
