Very difficult to get an appointment.

Very difficult to get an appointment. They just don't pick up the phone and never call back if you leave a message.

My GP referred me to the QE and the Royal Orthopaedic on time for further treatment. They provide excellent information, support and advice on a timely basis.
Lack of communication

Our GP resigned during covid and nobody informed us about it. There is a lack of communication at all levels.
You can't get appointments.

You can't get an appointment even if you call them 100 times. Always busy. It's very difficult to get your prescription on time. It always takes 2 to 3 days.
GP is helpful, reception are rude.

Really long wait at walk in centre when needed to be seen but they were helpful.

They're not bad, I can get appointments. They transferred me to the community midwife here and I saw her two weeks ago. All absolutely okay.
