Service overstretched

Its absolutely out of the way, they're overstretched. They're getting the backlog of Allens Croft. It's too far to go.
GP’s not so good

GP’s not so good. She is diabetic and they are not providing the equipment to do the diabetic check.
Cannot get appointments

Cannot get appointments with them. You ring up and they say no more appointments and to get in contact with NHS 111 service.
Made me feel comfortable

Had a scan there in September after 3 years and they told me what was wrong. The ladies there were brilliant. We had a good talk about my nerves and they made me feel comfortable.
Very difficult to get appointments

Very difficult to get appointments, you can be on phone for an hour with no appointment in the end. I haven’t seen my GP in last 2 years.

The GP’s have disappeared after Covid and its very difficult to see them. My medication has not been reviewed for 2 years.
