Called an ambulance

The GP said I was having a stroke and called an ambulance.

Dreadful. You call at 8am and you're number 24 in the queue. There is no one in the surgery whilst calling them and on the phone. Apparently they're full. I wasn't given a new GP when the old one left either.

I am very happy and satisfied with the care and support provided. My cancer was diagnosed early.
Better management needed

I've been with them for the last 20 years. The GPs are good but they have now taken on so many patients they can't manage. Better management is needed.

Very long waits on the phone and impossible to get an appointment. The reception staff are not helpful.

Not too bad. It can be difficult to get through to them. I have had no luck with the online service. Once you see them they're brilliant.

I was waiting 2 weeks for a call back which led to them telling me to go in.

They are good but it's hard to get in because everything is done over the phone.

Appointment availability is getting better and easier. I was diagnosed quite early and referred to ENT.

I just can't get an appointment. Long waits on the phone and even if you get through to the reception staff they ask too many questions.
