Don't feel rushed

Good. I can get appointments with them and it's easy. I have no issues with them. The staff are good and listen. They time time during appointments too. I don't feel rushed.

Very good. I can get appointments to see the GP face to face. The reception staff try to help you, they are excellent.

They referred me onto Enki cardiology as I have high blood pressure and want to monitor it. It's quite easy to get appointments here and most are face to face too. It's a good practice overall.

They are very caring and proactive. The health and wellbeing clinic encourage you about your total well being. They provide a lot of information to keep healthy. When you need vaccinations or tests they are very good with updating you and reminding you of what you need to do. Very good with communication. The doctors are good and listen to you. They make prompt referrals. I have recently been referred for blood tests and a scan but I'm waiting for the appointment at the moment.
Awful phone system

It's difficult to get an appointment. You have to be on the phone queueing for an hour. The doctors are okay and the staff are good. It's the appointment system that is the problem. It's frustrating to wait so long on the phone and you may not even get chance to speak to a receptionist before the phone cuts off.
Impossible to get appointments since covid

I was with them for 10 years. Very rude and unhelpful reception team. After covid it's just impossible to get an appointment.
Poor communication, great GPs

The GPs are 5 stars but the reception staff are 1 star. You have to chase up test results all of the time. Communication is very poor.
