Waited 2 weeks for a call back
April 9, 2025
I was waiting 2 weeks for a call back which led to them telling me to go in.
Good but difficult to get seen

They are good but it's hard to get in because everything is done over the phone.

Appointment availability is getting better and easier. I was diagnosed quite early and referred to ENT.
I just can't get an appointment

I just can't get an appointment. Long waits on the phone and even if you get through to the reception staff they ask too many questions.
I don't trust the GP
January 29, 2025
Getting appointments is a pain. Also new GPs don't seem to take female health seriously. I'm not impressed with my doctor, a dislocated toe was dismissed as "oh well, it's arthritis"; he also told me I didn't need HRT as I was depressed. Thankfully I'm allergic to antidepressants which he noticed when I told him to read my notes so HRT was prescribed. He told me I didn't have breathing issues when asthma was in my notes. Therefore not being able to see another doctor is hard, I don't trust him.
Don't feel rushed

Good. I can get appointments with them and it's easy. I have no issues with them. The staff are good and listen. They time time during appointments too. I don't feel rushed.

Very difficult to get an appointment, if you do get one it's with a new locum.
