Woodland Road Surgery

Absolutely brilliant, because they do have a walk in service so you don't have to wait to get an appointment. You have to wait to access it but you get to see a GP between 8:30-11AM. The surgery is so good.

Okay. They are very good. We can get appointments and do not have to wait for long.

They told my husband to call the GP if he needs help with carpal tunnel but they just refer onto the Orthopaedic.

Fine. I don't have much contact with them but they do still have a drop in service which is very good. So if you need to be seen you do have to wait but they will see you between 8 and 11 AM.

Waited 2 hours on the phone to get an appointment. They gave me one for next week.

I can't get an answer when I call. I have already been to the GP previously about this issue and they didn't prescribe anything.

My husband never got a follow up. No contact at all.

Can't get appointments. Receptionist was good and the GP. Received spray for my daughter which was helpful and explained how to use it.

The surgery is very good. The staff are friendly and cater for patients needs. The signage and directions are complicated as the letters aren't clear but it's fairly good. The waiting time is not too long as on average its about 20 minutes. Letters sent are not concise as they don't tell you where you have to go or give directions.

I had an issue with my prescription and the receptionist helped out with it. Although it wasn't good the receptionist helped me.
