Sorted out my medication

They managed to sort out my medication, they were very helpful. I went to see my GP and she was really helpful, understood my needs and wanted to help. She provided me with the right support. A time is always set when it is quiet. I have also through her had my blister pack back.

Fantastic doctors, excellent service

Never had a bad experience here at Woodland Road. Have been registered to this surgery since I was born. Dr H in particular is second to none and would recommend for anyone to join the surgery to see her!

Doctors always available and very helpful

I have IBD and needed a referral to hospital. The GP was very good at managing my condition until I had the hospital appointment

Very professional easy to get seen

Very professional easy to get seen via appointments or waiting. Always able to be seen has a walk in service morning and evening but can still pre-book appointments

Waiting list for the QE could be shorter. GP is excellent, best ever.

Good access

Access to GP is good, no long wait seen to immediately.Like all the doctors and the continuity of care always see same doctor.
