A very good service

A very good service provided and I can get appointments. The reception team are good. I'm not sure if they offer online appointments.
Really good

I can normally get same day appointments and you can specify that you want a particular GP. They have been really good.
Happy with the service

I am really happy with the service provided here. I am satisfied with all of the help and support my midwife provided during my pregnancy. My only issue is it's a bit far to go to see the midwife but other than that everything seems to be fine.
Referred me again

GP sent me to healthy minds when I am already with them. So now they said I have to go to Anawim because I am alone, to help me speak to someone. I haven't gone yet. I haven't found any support as I am alone in the UK.
Rubbish and rude

They're rubbish. I call and they don't answer. I ask for a repeat prescription and they don't order it for a month. The receptionists are rude.
They're a good practice to be fair.

Pretty good, can get appointments. I see whoever is available which is fine with me. They're a good practice to be fair.
It can be difficult to get appointments.

Should be able to deal with additional needs

If you're not sexually active you can get a home test for a smear test. It's very intrusive for my daughter with additional needs. They are a health centre so they should be able to deal with additional needs and arrange an overall check up.
I can get appointments

They are okay. I don't use them often. I can get appointment if needed. They're good.
Disappointed

I contacted the doctors online as I have a water infection was told to take a urine sample down which I did promptly. I speak to the receptionist a couple of times through the day and was told that they were getting a nurse to test the sample. I didn’t hear any more until late in the evening where it was confirmed I had a UTI and my prescription had been sent to the chemist which was now closed. This means that I have had to wait all night and I’m in agony, my daughter had to fetch my prescription this morning and as I'm unable to look after my granddaughter she has had to lose time from work. If I had the antibiotics yesterday this wouldn’t have happened.
