They are fully booked

December 2, 2022
If you get in you are told to go because they are fully booked and no one is in the surgery.

Can't get an appointment

November 21, 2022
Got more chance of seeing the pope. They were warned by the government. You can ring and be 48th in the queue but then you get through and they've got no appointments. They're useless. I can see us going to a private healthcare system.

Dr has been so supportive

November 17, 2021
1:1 support even though unable to have face to face appointments dr has ensured she is available to discuss my concerns rather than having to reopen and retell to various drs, she showed considerable compassion

You can not see a doctor face to face

September 14, 2021
You can not see a doctor face to face, you have to get through the receptionist, who think they are doctors. On the odd occasion when you do get to see a doctor they are more concerned with the paint work on the wall so an elderly lady can't even rest her walking stick,or your practically called a liar or questioned why you've accompanied your elderly frightened mother. Who for months has been scared to phone for help.

Lack of care really in general

August 22, 2021
Very difficult. Difficult to get through on telephone. Difficult to book appt online. Lack of care really in general. You can be told you are 4th in the telephone queue but still takes 25mins to speak to reception. Feeling of lack of concern in whole practice.

Cannot see a doctor

August 6, 2021
Cannot see doctor but make you see a paramedic instead. What does a paramedic know about minor complaints ie. Rheumatism, arthritis, skin complaints.
