Much improved, it is easy to get an appointment through the app the same day. The reception staff are very helpful and the doctors are very good.
No appointments

No appointments at all. I have been trying for 10 days. Reception staff don't pick up the phone or reply back to your emails.

Very good and helpful GP's. Reception staff always try to help. I am very happy with the repeat prescription service too.

GP originally referred me for my bad back. They are very good. If you do an email right on 8:00am they will contact you and give you an appointment or make a phone call. No issues with them really.
Hard to see them face to face.

It's always hard to get into the doctors. I have done phone consultations and then they have asked me to go in then they referred me onto the Royal Orthopaedic with regards to my hand. It is generally hard to see them face to face.

My experience is 50/50 so far. Sometimes good and sometimes bad. It's very difficult to get an appointment.
Awful getting face to face appointment

Awful getting face to face appointment and depending on who you see and if you have been listened to. GP surgery is not open long enough hours and hospital has to pick up the slack.

Usually can get an appointment or talk to someone when I want one. Referred from GP to hospital and waited around 6 weeks. When chased us with another doctor they sent onto hospital as an emergency to QE. That’s been good. They didn’t say who I will be referred to.
I am deaf and using the phone is difficult

Receptionist should have flagged that I am deaf and using the phone is difficult. They have to flag that I need face to face appointments. Doctors are good, but no matter how many times I tell the receptionist they always offer over the phone which is no good for me because I am profoundly deaf.
