It is impossible to get a face-to-face appointment with a doctor (last I had was just before Covid). You need a computer -dead on 8am -to even request an appt, which is always a telephone consultation. These are really useless for certain problems. I really miss seeing my own GP. Why can't things go back to the way they were - dentists, opticians, hospitals are seeing people in person, why can't they?

Reception team is excellent. Doctors are very cooperative and helpful. Overall very good.

Rubbish, never used to give advance appointments but I've not tried since the government changed the procedure. I have to call at 8am and can be waiting in a queue. It's not good.

You have to call dead on 8am or you've missed it. I get my children to book appointments for me online. If I don't get an appointment I just phone up the next day or get one by walking into the surgery.

Can get appointment. Have to plead my case, number 2 in the queue but get appointment. Receptionist said go to pharmacy. Scratch on eye but they don’t listen and would rather ask you to go to the pharmacy than let you see a doctor.

Diabolical during Covid. Couldn’t talk to anyone. Fobbed off by receptionist, want to know what’s wrong with me but I don’t want to disclose this to someone who wasn’t a doctor. They didn’t do well. GP’s aren’t doing what I want them to do.

Receptionist can be funny, suffering from panic attacks, can get appointments. Have to book before 9am. They tell you your number in the queue, but can get appointments

Booking appointment is trouble, poor service. Booked appointment for test and didn’t get back the test results. The staff are not nice. The service is awful. Had to change GP to get proper treatment and service.

They're alright, easily can get appointments. They have a good selection of appointment and usually within a few days.

Fine, can’t get appointments and can’t get through.
