Everything has been good

I had an x-ray at 10am and told them what the issue was. Everything has been good so far and I only waited half an hour.
A wait but no problems

111 booked me an appointment for 9am and I waited here for 8 hours. They did most of the treatment there and then. I had no problems here.
Couldn’t fault them, amazing staff!

I attended the dental hospital after calling 111 with severe tooth pain. I had already been to the emergency dentist at Scott arms. I Think they may have made the problem worse. I was crying in pain.
Anyway, long story short, I waited around 1.5 hours to be seen. By the time I was seen I was in even more pain and crying, the dentist was amazing, she could see how bad I was and even managed to get me into x-ray ahead of the queue. I was told I had a severe abscess. The infection had started to spread to my nose and tongue etc
The staff drained it and gave me antibiotics. Then booked me in the following day for a check up. Within hours I felt much better.
The next day I had the tooth removed. The staff were all so kind, caring and more importantly extremely knowledgeable. If I ever have any issues again I won’t hesitate to go there.

Poor communication and long wait

I have an autistic son who is 9 and the hospital did not communicate properly and then blamed it on the original referral form sent to them. The wait was so long and my son was hyper and pacing. The nurse was rude and made us wait then they told us we were in the wrong area after such a long wait and we were then late for our appointment.
Not very helpful

I called them and explained the situation with my son's needs and they said to get in contact with my own dentist. They weren't very helpful.
Very good treatment by students

Very good. I usually go every 6 months. The treatment by the students is very good and they're very funny there. They're always supervised too. They do the checks then their supervisor double checks so that is good.
Easy to get appointments

It's easy to get an appointment here. There is a high standard of care, very high quality. The staff are very attentive. Urgent appointments can be obtained very quickly.

Check in was great and I didn't wait long. They saw me quickly even though it was very busy. They spoke to me about the issue and what to do. I just have to wait now for another appointment.
