Not a good experience

Not a good experience as my appointment was for 10am but I have now been waiting for 1 and a half hours. That costs me more in parking charges having to wait so long.

The check in staff are lovely. It's a nice environment too.

Nothing has been done since 7am and now it's 11am. I have seen a student they said I needed an x-ray. We ran out of time last time and it's the same this time. It's a waste of time and they repeated the same thing so it will happen again next time. There needs to be better ways to manage patients.

It's good. Sometimes doctors are not always on the same page which tends to delay procedures.

The reception is good here, they spoke to me nicely. I was treated with respect by the staff.

It was a good experience. Welcoming and I felt relaxed. Good information and explanations was provided about my treatment too.

It has been amazing. The only negative would be the long waiting times even when you arrive on time.

An excellent hospital. The trainee dentists are very helpful and supportive. The facilities are excellent from parking to coffee and clean toilets. The staff are very helpful.
