Very pleasant visit

Very pleasant visit. Clean hospital and friendly staff. The staff looked very comfortable to work during the Covid.

Hospital is doing very well with Covid protocol. Staff at the front makes sure that you have an appointment and you wear mask.

Covid boosters provided for staff

I am a nurse here. Had my covid booster today and the staff were very organised and friendly as they were a temporary department for 2 days.

Signage needs improvement

The appointment said hysteroscopy. There were no signs to say where to go. Went to gynae and they sent me to colposcopy department.
Poor names for departments .

I was able to wait in the waiting room, but my husband had to wait in the canteen to wait on a phone call when I was called in for my scan appointment. Covid procedures were spot on.

Better to have an appointment in the morning

Much better to have an appointment in the morning. Can be quickly seen and waiting time is a lot less than the afternoon appointments.
