Great care and support provided

Great care and support provided. Service delivery is very good. Most of the clinics are on time. Waiting time to be seen is ok. Staff helpful and always happy to support.

I have just given birth to a baby boy few hours ago and I am thankful for the help & support provided by midwifes and nursing team.

Highly satisfied with treatment explanation

Highly satisfied with treatment explanation and waiting times. The only issue is we can’t see same doctor all the time. I came here four times and seen four different doctors.

Pharmacy needs to be relocated & refurbished

Hospital pharmacy located at the rear end, hard to reach, very small space, always over crowded. Pharmacy needs to be relocated and refurbished.

Staff here are out of this world

Recently I was treated here for cancer and have fully recovered. Based on my personal experience I can say staff here are out of this world, so kind, caring and helpful.

Antenatal appointment two hours waiting

I came for an Antenatal appointment - two hours waiting. I am pregnant had to leave half way because I get seizures - Had to leave to eat and go back to work. I've also got high blood pressure.

Cares been really good.

Cares been really good. Staff looked after me really well. I was inpatient for ten days for liver disorder. Room was cold and drafty - Windows need replacing. Otherwise really looked after. Food and drinks were ok. Buzzed came really quickly.
