Friendly staff. Husband had to wait in the canteen area, but then was called in for scan. Didn't understand why.

Today was quick service and didn't have to wait, but other times had to wait for over an hour. This was the afternoon when we had to wait.

Could do with better signs when you enter the building. Took a while to find the department. Rest of the service was brill. Staff were so friendly.

Arrived 15 minutes early and wasn't allowed in until 5 minutes before the time slot. Had to wait in canteen area which was full the time - all covid waiting areas took by other people.

Better sign posting for all the departments can help patients reach for there appointments in time. I was fifteen mins late because I couldn't find the department in time.

Appointment letter had all the information even Covid Information. Chose sitting with wife in the scan waiting room as it wasn't busy in the morning.
Luckily we were seen on time very quickly

Struggled to pay for car parking as only had credit card. This was main car park outside main hospital. Luckily we were seen on time very quickly and it didn't cost to much for parking.

Been in over two nights. Was shocked by the amount of cleaning, they said it was due to Covid and they have to do extra cleaning.

Very helpful staff at the main entrance

Very helpful staff at the main entrance of the hospital. Gave new masks and a lady took me to the department where my appointment was.
