I was a patient of another doctor a few years ago and they were an amazing consultant and staff. I'm now a patient of a different doctor and feel exactly the same as before. Amazing consultant & staff.
Quicker response needed for emergencies

My wife had bleeding often, one week from a cervix cerclage operation and we stayed in triage for 7 hours to be seen by a doctor. I believe there should be more quicker response for emergency cases.

Amazing staff, So friendly. Mind you be prepared to pay high parking charges.

Masks - to ensure that covid procedures are being followed as plenty of people not wearing masks or having them on their chins.

Badger app - I've not been able to see the notes. Suggest that there is a phone number for advice to use the badger app.

The doctor was very friendly and explained everything well, waiting times were reasonable at 30 minutes.
No parking, that was difficult, had to go to 3rd floor, wait 5 mins, then get car space
