They said it would take 4 hrs for the appointment but I ended up staying for less then that, that's great.

Everything 5 star except ward 3

I have been to all the wards of this hospital. Everything 5 star except ward 3, where some of the staff are very rude.

Appointments were on time

Staff was good, appointments were on time. Only difficulty I faced was signposting lines on floor which were bit confusing.
