Really good, helpful and caring

Really good, helpful and caring. When you go for an emergency scan the people at the front are not always clear about directions. But the letter I received is good in explaining directions.
Badger app is not really informative
Maternity
December 1, 2021
Badger app is not really informative as the book. It just says i.e. 28 weeks bloods, no address is given and you spend more time looking around. It needs to be more specific i.e. blood test and about location & ward where to go.
More communication needed

More communication needed with Scan department and midwifes, as I keep getting random appointments without knowing what they are for.

During the previous scans we have experienced significant delays. On one occasion we waited for nearly 5 hrs to have a scan. As a result working day wasted- significant loss of income.

Its not easy to find the right place
Haematology

Its not easy to find the right place you need to go. The info on the letter is different. Was looking for blood test and was send to first floor, which is not right place for blood test. The care has been good.
Covid friendly
Fertility Centre

Great cleaning in place – Covid friendly. Was very pleased with the Covid procedure which made the hospital mess a lot more at ease. The whole procedure was very clear with clear information from letter to appointment.
Very poor

Very poor. Appointment times are almost irrelevant and always a wait. Usually even longer for antenatal. Impossible to try and build in around work.
