Long waiting times

It's very difficult to find parking. There is long wait times when attending clinic appointments. I came here for a scan almost 3 hours ago. The staff are friendly and professional. The waiting times are not communicated to the patients.

Really good service. Doctors are amazing.

They have been fine. I have been waiting over an hour for the consultant and have been told she is on her way as she worked in different departments. I have found it hard as they don't send letters. Communication about appointments is not good. I don't get anything on the app so information could be much better. I haven't had any letters for scans. I know I was meant to have them so I phone them. Service is really good and the doctors are amazing.

Communication with staff is good. The staff are polite, I don't have any issues. I know sometimes it can be busy and waits are long but that's it really.

Waiting is a bit long in the antenatal clinic. I've been here since 9:30am it's now 1:50pm. I was told when I got here I had another appointment at 1:30pm which I wasn't aware of prior to coming. They told me it was for mental health.

You can navigate the system. I feel like I can ask questions if I need to about my care. I haven't had to wait too long.
