Not great communication.

October 19, 2023
They're alright. Today's wait is a bit long. Sometimes your not waiting long but today I am. When you come out from seeing the consultant, the communication isn't great to be honest. I had an appointment come through on the badger app, you don't always get a letter. Tired of waiting an hour and said the appointment was made too early and I had to reschedule it. Staff are nice.

Communication needs to improve

October 19, 2023
I came here for blood samples, it was okay. They were fast. Today I am waiting in the clinic for 5 hours after the scan. Five hours to see a consultant. I found a parking space easily. Communication needs to improve. To keep you updated on what's going on next.

Waitng times need to improve.

October 19, 2023
It's been okay. Today I have had a long appointment time. Communication is not clear. No follow up after appointment informing me of what time I will be seeing the consultant. It's my first baby. Parking is always hard but today I was lucky. My first appointment was okay but after that some days your waiting over 45 minutes. My appointments before have gone well. The communication whilst your waiting needs to improve.

The waiting times are always long.

The waiting time is always long. Two hours I have had to wait. The appointment is okay and is straight forward. Staff are fine. The parking took ages, it's always hard to find parking. Reminders and follow ups are fine.

It's 10:40 and I have been waiting for nearly 3 hours. I waited 1 hour for a scan. I've come around to antenatal clinic and been waiting here since. Nobody has said there's been any delays. It's not usually like this. I've never waited this long. The staff have been fine today, it's just the wait.

Nearing a 4 hour wait but staff are fantastic

October 19, 2023
It's been okay. I've been here since 9:15 am, it's my first appointment. I had a scan, all was good. It didn't take a long time. I'm waiting now to see the consultant, have blood's and get a prescription. It's nearing a 4 hour wait. They've communicated with me well enough. The staff have been fantastic.

Husband missed the scan.

October 19, 2023
I was looking for a car parking space from 10 o'clock. I left work and I have been waiting for 3 hours. My husband ended up missing the scan because he couldn't find any parking. We are not happy today. It's very busy and not usually like this when we come.

The clinic needs rethinking.

October 18, 2023
The whole clinic needs rethinking to improve the wait times and flow of the clinic. Improve the communication between staff and patients and also data protection as my blood labels were mixed up.
