Good communication, staff are good.

September 25, 2023
It's Busy. A 2.5 hours from start to now. I had a scan this morning, BP check and now waiting for Doctor. Only been waiting 20/25 minutes. I have been told to wait until called. Generally communication is quite good. Staff are good in general.

Waiting there can be a long time. You just sit and wait. Staff are friendly, great. Communications about appointments are good and get them well in time.

They did a good job

I had a screening there and everything was fine. I waited 3 weeks for an urgent appointment but I was okay with it because it's not a big problem. Everything was fine in the end and I think they did a good job.

Community midwife seems disinterested

September 6, 2023
Not impressed with the community midwife, I didn't see her until midway through my pregnancy and then they changed teams. Her approach, lack of sensitivity, she seems disinterested - just seems like she'd had enough. My friend ended up changing midwives too, it just seemed like there was not patient centred care. People need to realise their own attitude. But the midwife from the homebirth team is amazing and has been since I changed over to them.
