Long been waiting nearly 2 hours

Long been waiting nearly 2 hours, had a scan. Seen within 25 minutes and now waiting to see consultant. Usually waiting this long, can usually be here 3-4 hours. Long day.

Staff is satisfying and understanding and cooperate. Experience is quite satisfying . today I have waited a long time but usually do not have to wait so long.

No idea what’s going on

Two and a half hours been in the hospital. Been waiting 1 hour 45 minutes to see consultant. No idea what’s going on. I come here regularly and have to wait but never this long. Ultrasound lady was really nice, just want to know how longer I will be waiting.

Came for a scan all been OK. Been waiting 2 hours to see the consultant, but been told we are next.

Quite efficient, last time wasn’t so good. I was told to wait in wrong room which delayed my appointment. But today’s been better, waiting can be 2 to 2 and a half hours. Staff are pleasant. They didn’t accept accountability and make things right when sent to wrong waiting room.

Fine long wait with diabetes can usually take quite long. Staff are fine and lovely. Good communication but car parking could be better.
