City Hospital

Not very pleased with them. I waited 12 months for the appointment. Then when I went I waited one and a half hours to be called in. They looked in my nose and said there were no polyps, they looked in my ears and it really hurt so I asked them to stop and they said I had really narrow ear canals. I didn't appreciate their treatment. It was awful.

I went there for an MRI and it was in a hut in the back of a car park. It was difficult to access in a wheelchair and strange. I wasn't given any information beforehand that it would be there.

I have had ECGs and angioplasty there and it went quite well. They sent my results to the GP and a letter to myself. The hospital was easy to get around and clean too.

My mom has heart problems and when I can't get her an GP appointment I take her to A&E to go an ECG and monitor her. We still have to wait about 4 hours.

Same as Sandwell Hospital. It's a mess. A long and tedious process in which you wait for hours. It's all a mess and needs organising. The whole system needs shake up.

It's long waiting times. I have waited for 6 hours and they don't necessarily help you. They just do their job, not help you. It's just such long waits.

I wasn't happy with the care or treatment my daughter was receiving here so I requested they transfer to the Children's.

It's a lot better at A&E here than the Children's. I find it easier to get seen and there is less waiting time. The doctors are all helpful. My Mrs would rather take him there than the Children's.

It's very busy and poorly managed department. I waited for 4 hours before I was seen.

It's the most disorganised and over crowded place to visit. I will give them zero stars if I could
