Very poor service

A very poor service provision and staff are not helpful at all.
They lost my blood samples twice

Twice, they have lost my blood sample and I had to go again for bloods.
More staff and better facilities needed.

I waited 12 and a half hours in A&E, they had no beds available. They are short staffed and need to improve the facilities for patients.

An awful experience, I felt neglected there. I couldn't get a drink or food. The staff weren't checking in on me. I felt uncomfortable and neglected.
Good care received

I was taken to hospital by ambulance from my GP surgery. I had pneumonia. The hospital were good. I am 17 but I was put on a respiratory ward for 5 days with a lot of older patients which was quite daunting. The care was good. Being so young I didn't feel that I could speak up and advocate for myself as I was so poorly but my mom was my advocate and liaised with the staff for me.
A wonderful appointment

I went to an appointment there today and they were wonderful. I was there for an hour and they were really lovely, helpful and they answered all of the question that I had.
Awful treatment and waiting times

Not very pleased with them. I waited 12 months for the appointment. Then when I went I waited one and a half hours to be called in. They looked in my nose and said there were no polyps, they looked in my ears and it really hurt so I asked them to stop and they said I had really narrow ear canals. I didn't appreciate their treatment. It was awful.
An MRI in a hut was strange

I went there for an MRI and it was in a hut in the back of a car park. It was difficult to access in a wheelchair and strange. I wasn't given any information beforehand that it would be there.
My appointment went well.
Cardiology

I have had ECGs and angioplasty there and it went quite well. They sent my results to the GP and a letter to myself. The hospital was easy to get around and clean too.
Take mom to A&E

My mom has heart problems and when I can't get her an GP appointment I take her to A&E to go an ECG and monitor her. We still have to wait about 4 hours.
