Can never get an appointment tried for over 3 weeks phone lines are useless and and online booking cant get anything dont know how the surgery runs when theres no drs hardly and and very small amount of appointments this place needs a major sort out

Terrible trying to get an appointment. Phone at 8am, and by 8.05am all appointments gone. Can book appointments on line but not for my children - Don't make sense, so I don't use it. They end up telling me to go to the walk in centre. I've been in tears before and if it wasn't for the receptionist who are very good, I wouldn't have been seen.

My husband and I have been patients here for many years. It is very difficult to get an appointment. This is getting increasingly worse as are our health problems as we get older. We are to going to complain, not that it will do much good. Been on the phone for almost an hour today and got told to go to a walk in centre. This is not acceptable!

Could be on phone an hour then get thought only to be told no appointment worse doctors no proper doctor's all locums who don't know u
