Can't complain
October 7, 2025
I can't complain even though it's difficult to get appointments because it's online. They give you plenty of time and listen to you.
See me for my diabetes
October 7, 2025
They only see me for my diabetes and nothing else. They put me on Mounjaro which was good.
Love my GP

I love my GP. They have good information about all services and have opened up more groups. You can ask them questions.
The meds didn't help
October 1, 2025
I made an appointment over the phone and they gave me one for the next day. I was prescribed medication but they didn't help. The staff asked many questions. The service was good but should have referred me for further tests for allergies.
They're getting worse
October 1, 2025
Not very good. I can't understand why when you ring up you get someone asking a lot of questions on the phone and then they say they will ring you back, which they did after an hour. I think they're getting worse.
Been able to get appointments often same GP

Like the online triage system. Ability to say about your needs and option to supply photos. Fair system. Often able to see same GP
Good long term condition management
September 22, 2025
This is a good surgery. They help manage my condition with regular blood tests and medication. I can get appointments when needed and the doctors listen to any concerns I have. They explain things well when anything changes.
Absolutely rubbish
September 22, 2025
They are absolutely rubbish. The appointment system is hard to access, those who are not tech savvy or do not speak good English must really struggle. They are good at making contact initially but there is a lack of continuity and follow up. I also recently noticed they have no toilets downstairs and this isn't signposted which may cause issues.
Lack of support - GP very short sighted
September 12, 2025
With a BMI of 46, with high blood pressure and being told I needed to take statins, my GP told me I was not able to have Mounjaro or Wegovy. Very short sighted in my opinion, he also suggested it would probably be 10 years or more before it would be available on the NHS. I have limited funds but have rearranged my finances to fund Mounjaro privately (things I was doing to help my mental health have had to stop to help fund this, my mental health is now suffering) - support is terrible.
Fed up
September 9, 2025
My partner took a photo and had to do a phone call and fill in forms and got fed up with it.
