I can get appointments but it can be difficult to get children one. I call them but they don't understand me.

An awful service, can never get an appointment, for me or for my children.
Online system is very good.

You go online and they ask if you if you need to see a doctor that day then they get back to you. The online service is very good for my son and his complex needs. I see the same GP each time and it works very well for us.
Excellent when I need them and saved me.

My GP linked me up to mental health services 10 years ago and in a way she saved me. They are still very much accessible to this day. They have been excellent when I need them.

For me GPs are excellent. The only issue is to find parking.
