Poor customer service but GP's great

I do not see the same GP which means a lack of continuity of care, long wait to get an appointment don't get to see the same day. Receptionists speak in demeaning way and the nurses do triage over the phone

Podiatrist would not cut my toe nails

my left arm and hand are paralysed and I cannot reach out or up with my right arm therefore I cannot reach my toe nails, the podiatrist insists that I can do my own nails and refused to help
