My key worker flagged this up with the GP who responded swiftly and appropriately on the same day and reassured me that I can book an appointment to see him if I have further manic depressive moments and bypass the receptionist which was reassuring.

I do not see the same GP which means a lack of continuity of care, long wait to get an appointment don't get to see the same day. Receptionists speak in demeaning way and the nurses do triage over the phone
