Very bad service below the mark. Only one receptionist most of the time and a long wait to see her. A large chunk of patients but not much staff to handle it. Normal wait for appointment to see a doctor is ten to seventeen days, can’t believe it. The wait to see a nurse is over four weeks, imagine about poor patients what they are facing from this service. Please tell them to do something.

Poor treatment explanation, important issues not taken seriously. They don’t give you proper time to explain and discuss issues which is very bad. I am been treated for heart problem since last eight years.

Due to very high number of patients registered overall quality has deteriorated in past few years. They should make ten GP practices out of this one for patient’s convenience and better quality.

They don’t have any appointments available, minimum wait to see a doctor is three weeks. When I complained the manager said we have got 29000 patients, and we are trying to do our best for them.

Getting an appointment is next to impossible. You have to wait for ten days even to see the nurse what to say about doctor.

Very difficult to get an appointment, you have to wait for three weeks. They are overworked and short of staff.

Difficult to get an appointment even after one month. This is not acceptable at all.
