I was most annoyed today to find that I cannot order my insulin etc from the chemist by telephone, as I have done ever since the practice opened.To go to the practice I would have to take two buses or rely on someone willing to drive me there. I cannot be the only one on important regular medication, so why was I not advised of this change in procedure.

I don't think doctors surgeries nowadays cater for people who work. I find it very difficult to get through to the doctors when I call them and when I finally get through I'm told I can't see a doctor for 2 weeks.

Patient are not treated equally.
Staff is rude. Partnership is running two surgeries with less staff which makes patients suffer

Emergency, same day appointments are hard to get unless you turn up early and queue.

Listen to you and explain and was given enough time to see GP

had depression and was in a need of urgent attention. I was embarrassed to ask for help because of the stigma attached to mental health and did not want to make a fuss or waste professionals time. My key worker flagged this up with the GP who responded swiftly and appropriately on the same day and reassured me that I can book an appointment to see him if I have further manic depressive moments and bypass the receptionist which was reassuring.

I do not see the same GP which means a lack of continuity of care, long wait to get an appointment don't get to see the same day. Receptionists speak in demeaning way and the nurses do triage over the phone

my left arm and hand are paralysed and I cannot reach out or up with my right arm therefore I cannot reach my toe nails, the podiatrist insists that I can do my own nails and refused to help
