Not able to get a telephone appointment with GP. Waiting for over an hour to get the doctors to answer the phone. Appointments fill in very quickly. Get send to walk in centres. Can not give full information to doctors as they don’t have enough time to go through all the issues. Unable to access information via email or online and unable to use smart phones. Doctors are very good when you can get an appointment and will give medicine.

Good can get appointments.

Can’t get through. Can’t see GP. It’s ridiculous they are still using Covid as an excuse. Still no face to face appointments.

Apart from some glitches in system everything has been good.

If you are computer literate and can speak English, you can get an online appointment very easily and quickly. But If you are refugee and can’t speak English than its impossible to get an appointment.

Doctors are good but getting an appointment is a uphill task. You need at least 2 hours in the morning on phone or you don’t get anything.

Very good with phone appointments for my child, but would like to see them face to face.

Brilliant but unable to get through to appointments. Seven weeks wait since coming back from India. Medication changed through diabetics team – able to see them but need to see a doctor.

I am with them since last 30 years. Doctors are great but getting an appointment is a very uphill task.

I have had back pain for nearly 6 weeks. The longest it has been on for. Have I been seen by them or even had a video call where I can demonstrate how painful it is? No! I have to be in pain for 6 weeks before a referral is made to the orthopaedic team. On top of that the extra wait for that to happen. I have paid for my own chiropractor and sports massage to try to alleviate the pain and to restore me to what I was so I can go back to work. Fed up.
