If you email you will get a reply but not everyone is good at email or has no phone , iPad , lap top , or computer to access email . I entered the surgery as I had a bad fall and cut my elbow , I needed to see if I needed to go to hospital and have it stitched . The receptionist told me there was no one to look at it , I explained I didn't want anything done just to have a nurse or doctor to advise me , she again said no one to look at me go home and ring 111 . I did that the next morning and had to go to hospital the hospital were so angry that my surgery would not look at it .

Receptionists are friendly and helpful. Just can't get appointments or talk to trained medical staff easily. This needs to change.

I have never had any problems with their service either before, during or since the pandemic started. I have been seen at the surgery when required, refered for scans and received the results.

I have been a patient of this practise for 15 years and have received the best possible care and attention you could hope for. My diabetic care has always been outstanding and any other health issue I have suffered has been dealt with by experienced friendly doctors and nurses in a prompt and satisfactory manner. The recent Covid injection I received from the surgery could not have been better organised. Including registration and the 15 minute rest after the injection, the whole process took less than 30 minutes. Lovely surgery with friendly and dedicated staff.

They need to return to face to face consultations

I do feel that they need to return to face to face consultations. I rang about pain in my hip. I am a Registered Nurse and to be able to do a proper examination you need to be in the surgery. There needs to be a physical exam as part of a differential diagnosis. .
