5 years to get fungal nail treatment

I picked up a fungal nail infection in 2018 & as I write today, this surgery has not finished treating it. They constantly put barriers up to find reasons to not treat this, asking for constant blood tests. When they get the blood tests, they dont record or refer to the results & insist I repeat the test. They took nail samples & lost them so asked for more nail samples by which time, I couldn’t get nail samples as they had broken off so badly, there was nothing to clip. All of these poor practices happened within non COVID years so that is not a valid excuse. Some of the staff are rude & tell lies such as your prescription is ready for collection & when you arrive they deny they said it. There are many more concerns which I will be raising with CQC.

Unable to get timely appointments, have to complete a long winded often inappropriate online request form. Miss information or non information. Frequent changes to access care.

I can't get appointments. They tell you to go online. I was physically i the surgery and explained to them their online service was not working. They got the security guard to go through it with me. It's not their job. I just wanted to book an appointment. You get frustrated with them. They don't offer future appointments. I have a food allergy intolerance and it affects my day to day life and I can't get an appointment to sort it out.

It provides a good service and I am very satisfied with them.
You are left to suffer for weeks.

It was difficult to get an appointment in terms of the appointment was booked four weeks after requesting an appointment cause an outbreak of recurrent eczema is not urgent. So you're left to suffer for a number of weeks with no treatment or steroids in distress no matter how much you plead with the surgery that you are in pain. When I saw the experienced GP he had no interest in what I had to say, can confidently say he treated me as if I was crazy, dismissed all my concerns, the misogyny was rife. Ended up having further appointments to treat my eczema all because this one GP was to bone idle and misogynistic to even listen to me.

It's a bit long to get appointments and it's all done over the phone and they will get us to go in face to face if they then need to see us.
Can't get appointments or get them to answer.

It's a rubbish surgery. I have tried a 100 times and can't get them on the phone. If they pick up by mistake they ask a million questions before giving you an appointment.
No follow on support

I went the GP and was offered 6 weeks off work which I felt was far far too long so they gave me a month. No good. There was no follow up support. Nothing in that sense. Felt like they had just signposted me on and they had done what they could. They just said to look up cruse and didn't say anything else. No follow through following my moms death.
Impossible System To Get An Appointment

Phone at 8.30am when they open to find all appointments have been allocated because of the flawed call back system when they dont call you back or retain your place in the queue.
