My 2 children aren't getting any help

My 2 children are autistic. To get any sort of help is too much. My son is 5 is autistic and asthmatic. They told us to call them if we don't hear anything about a referral for my daughters ears. They haven't followed up and the school say her hearing is being hindered.
Getting an appointment is a big challenge.

The GP's and nurses are very good but getting an appointment is a big challenge. If you need an urgent appointment we prefer to go to Heartland's A&E.
See me without any problems

They're good. I have type 2 diabetes and they call me for blood tests and see me no problems.

I am quite satisfied by the service received. I can get appointments and they keep me informed about availability of vaccinations.
It is very hard to get an appointment.

It is very hard to get an appointment. There has been no continuity of care since covid. I am very disappointed with the service provided by them.
Bypass saved my life

Very difficult to get an appointment but they referred me very quickly for the bypass which saved my life.
System isn't fit for purpose.

Unable to get face to face appointments, the phone and online systems are not fit for purpose. Concerned about those in the community that do not have access to computers.
5 years to get fungal nail treatment

I picked up a fungal nail infection in 2018 & as I write today, this surgery has not finished treating it. They constantly put barriers up to find reasons to not treat this, asking for constant blood tests. When they get the blood tests, they dont record or refer to the results & insist I repeat the test. They took nail samples & lost them so asked for more nail samples by which time, I couldn’t get nail samples as they had broken off so badly, there was nothing to clip. All of these poor practices happened within non COVID years so that is not a valid excuse. Some of the staff are rude & tell lies such as your prescription is ready for collection & when you arrive they deny they said it. There are many more concerns which I will be raising with CQC.

Unable to get timely appointments, have to complete a long winded often inappropriate online request form. Miss information or non information. Frequent changes to access care.
You can't get appointments

I can't get appointments. They tell you to go online. I was physically i the surgery and explained to them their online service was not working. They got the security guard to go through it with me. It's not their job. I just wanted to book an appointment. You get frustrated with them. They don't offer future appointments. I have a food allergy intolerance and it affects my day to day life and I can't get an appointment to sort it out.
