Everything is positive and I have no complaints. I do sometimes struggle finding an appointment though.
Took 4 months to refer

Most of the GPs are locum and they took 4 months to make a referral. There is no continuity of care and you start from scratch at each appointment.
A good GP

The GP is good at authorising repeat prescriptions and getting them sent over but the referral they made took ages.
Poor medication option

You can never get a same day appointment. The call back service is useless. They make you wait for ages to see a doctor but if you are 10 minutes late they don't see you. Poor medication option provided.
I can get appointments

They're alright. I can get appointments and they're good at following up with things. Great with getting appointments. The staff are alright too.

An awful experience

Awful experience. It is very hard to get an appointment and there is no proper communication from them. I have tried complaining to the manager but it was no use.
Everything is online

You can't book at the surgery anymore, everything is online and app. I can't use a smartphone.
