They are very slow and there is no continuity of care.

The appointment system is long and I can't go in to book and can't get one on the phone. I never see the same doctor either.
Extremely rude staff

One of the receptionists will terminate your call when she wants to. She is rude, has zero compassion and shows no empathy or regards to the patients needs. Will hang up the phone on patients.

Gave me the wrong forms

They gave me the wrong blood forms so I had a wasted visit to the hospital and had to chase them for another form.

Not too bad but it can be tricky getting an appointment. Trying to get a referral is also tricky.
