Poor communication and rude staff.

No appointments at all. I have not seen my GP in years. Poor communication and rude staff.

I'm satisfied with my GP. They listen to me every time. There are no delays in appointments. The staff are very good. They give me special arrangements for my disabled children. A very good service. They arrange monthly carers day for us as carers and they are so welcoming and supportive.

It's hard to get an appointment. You call at 8AM and put in a queue but they offer a call back service. Then you have to try again in the afternoon. If you have no luck it's the next day. When you get an appointment the care and staff are great. It's just trying to get one.
Need customer service training.

The are running beyond their capacity. They need more GPs and nurses, and customer services courses for the reception staff.

They are horrible. I was with them for 3 years. I left a year ago. Too difficult to get an appointment there.

My husband is very dissatisfied with by the poor service received. He can never get an appointment and has not been seen by the GP in years.

Very good there. The doctors, receptionists, staff everyone is good. They give me appointments and listen to my concerns. They are kind.
Made me take my own BP readings

Staff are not helpful at all. I was asked to go for a blood pressure check up for 6 days. On the first day, the nurse showed me the BP machine and told me they would show me how to take my blood pressure for the next 5 days and note the reading for the doctor. Very rude and unhelpful staff.
Caller 100 in the phone queue

I called them to get an appointment 3 days ago, and was shocked to hear that I was 100 in the queue. I waited 2 hours on the line to speak to a receptionist, who said there were no appointments and to call tomorrow.
