Staff are ignorant.

Not good. They just ignore me if I need an appointment. For blood tests you have to wait for a few weeks and staff in there are ignorant.
I can't fault them.

I can't fault them. I've had a fair share of practices and can't fault this one. They're good at giving out appointments. I phoned up this morning and gave us an appointment to accommodate us.

Quite good. Can't see same GP will just see whoever. Ring at 8:30 get one for morning or ring after 1pm and get one for afternoon. They are really good, feel quite lucky.
Can’t see the same doctor twice

Quite difficult to get face to face pre Covid. Coved gave an excuse to not see me. Receptionists book appointments and you can’t see the same doctor twice and lose continuity.
Very bad, don't give medicine

They are very bad. I call them I can't get an appointment, they don't give me medicine. They tell me I need to buy it from the pharmacy for my son who has severe disabilities, they just say buy everything from the pharmacy.

Doctors are good but booking an appointment is very difficult. Communication general with reception team is very poor.

I mean they could be a lot better. But everyone is the same at the minute. It’s a struggle to get the appointments or even all of them at the minute. I just want to be able to see my own doctor when I need to see them. I do get the appointment but it’s a faff.

Depends sometimes can and sometimes can’t. Ring at 8am can get appointments. Ring in afternoon and can get a later appointment. They are alright I can get what I need from them.

It's okay, we just moved here a year ago and only been a couple of times, but they're okay. Quite lucky so far in ringing and getting an appointment.
