Sometimes excellent

Sometimes excellent but on other occasions very difficult to get through to GP.
They're alright

They're alright, I can get appointments, they're alright. Used to do appointments over the phone. I got what I needed but it's not the same as seeing someone face to face.

Happy with the service, able to get through on the phones and make an appointment. They're quite reasonable.

Normally ok. Sometimes a long wait on the phone but it depends. Can usually manage to get appointments, triage first then occasionally see you face to face.

Really good, able to get appointments face to face. Appointments not too long. Waiting on phone for appointments.
They are good for face to face

They are good for face to face. Same day appointment for son. Which is great. Telephone first of all and push to be seen face to face, it’s a bit of nightmare.

I haven't had any issues, have to call and they do call backs and see if they can do appointment. You ring at 8:30 or 2PM and they'll give you an appointment. They also priorities under 5's.

I can phone them to make an appointment for either over the phone or face to face.

No complaints. Too much into faceless business. Video call for daughter’s heart condition – can’t see through phone.
