Normally ok. Sometimes a long wait on the phone but it depends. Can usually manage to get appointments, triage first then occasionally see you face to face.

Really good, able to get appointments face to face. Appointments not too long. Waiting on phone for appointments.

They are good for face to face. Same day appointment for son. Which is great. Telephone first of all and push to be seen face to face, it’s a bit of nightmare.

I haven't had any issues, have to call and they do call backs and see if they can do appointment. You ring at 8:30 or 2PM and they'll give you an appointment. They also priorities under 5's.

I can pass through the receptionist and my appointment. No issues at all. First I didn't have a good experience but since my sister has complained they improved their services to us.

I am very happy & pleased by the service provided. The doctor is always available and listens to me and explains everything very well.
