Never get an appointment

I can never get an appointment. You wait for an hour on the phone but lucky if you manage to get an appointment.
New surgery is efficient and I can see my GP

I recently moved from one GP surgery to another due to the very poor service I was receiving. After 30+ years with them this was not an easy decision to take. What a difference! The new surgery is efficient, I can actually see a GP when I need to, and they have diagnosed a long standing health issue that the last surgery denied I had.
Incorrect appointment information

Their website needs updating. It says 'Evening and Weekend Appointments Now Available, Along with our usual opening hours, we offer our patients extended access appointments at evenings and weekends. These are available at our local SDS MyHealthcare Hubs. To book an extended access appointment, please speak to one of our receptionists.' The receptionist I spoke to was unaware of this, implied I had got it wrong, and then told me they didn't do extended appointments.

They're very good. Responsive to me as a carer. Adaptable staff as they take into account that I work and let me go in earlier than official opening times. Waiting time is okay. The reception is very efficient. If I ask, I can see the same doctor every time and I have a menopause specialist which I appreciate.
I am happy when I see a GP

I am happy with them. Just getting an appointment takes so long. You have to wait for weeks to see a doctor. I am happy when I finally get to see them.
Reception team don't listen

Very difficult to get an appointment. Reception team just don't listen to you and act as they are GPs.
They see my son regulalry

I had a follow up appointment with the GP due to being concerned with my 2 and half year old. The hospital send letters to the GP to be seen regularly. I feel they are really slow at getting the appointments sorted and I have to chase them to get son referred on.

Very difficult to get an appointment. I have to call at 8:30am and stay online, waiting for an hour and then if I am lucky I will get an appointment or they will as me to call again the next day.
