I could book an appointment directly every time I needed. And I could get the phone called in for the emergency appointment as well. If People want to book an appointment to see a doctor, they have to wait for 3 weeks or even longer.

The GP's are generally friendly and professional. Sometimes it is very busy and difficult to get through by phone to make an appointment.
Good service but have to wait for 2-3 weeks for non emergency appointments

Service is good if you need an emergency app but it's a 2,3 week wait for non emergency which I think is too long.

I have visited the GP and practice nurse. I have had blood tests and my flu and other vaccines there. I have a repeat prescription through the pharmacy on site. The receptionists are polite and helpful, appointments are usually on time. The doctors are courteous, efficient and thorough.
