Very difficult to get an appointment.

It is just difficult to get an appointment every time. The person left for the check ups.

I ended up changing my GP because they would not answer at 8:00am. You call and don't get through. There is a communication problem. Unqualified people answer the phone. I want to speak to a doctor. They also have lots of bank staff. I want to see my real GP.

Very good, top class. My doctor who I see knows my history so I feel confident with the care. She listens to me. A great doctor.

If ever I'm poorly, I can generally get an appointment when needed, but I've not had to use them much. I do see my midwife there too.

They are quite good, depends which time you ring. If you call at 8:30am you can get through and they give you an appointment same day. Ring any other time it’s just a pain.

I was referred from the GP to the hospital. It's taken around 4/5 weeks, better to be quicker. The surgery itself is not good. I had to wait 1 month for a telephone consultation. If you want a face to face appointment you have to go into the surgery and book it, You then have to tell the receptionist all your information, it feels like an interrogation.

Nice when you get there, Long time to get an appointment. Got cut off after waiting 20 minutes then it took 25 minutes to get through again. 50% of the time you get an appointment. It’s not receptionist fault, they are trying their best.
