Always helpful, I haven't had any problems with them. I don't go to them very often.

Really good midwife

The midwife is really good and I'm always able to contact her with questions, she always answers me back.
No longer do blood tests for children

I needed to book a blood test for my son, as he is falling asleep in class, due possibly to vitamin deficiencies. Lordswood Medical Group no longer do children's blood test so they told us to contact the Children's Hospital. The next appointment is almost 6 months away!
Five star service delivery

Hardly any appointments online

Hard to make appointments. I have been trying to ring the surgery to get one and they tell you to book online. Then there are few and far between when you get on there.
Wish they had more face to face appointments

Sometimes you want to be seen in person but there are no appointments available. Even though I fill in the form. I wish they would have more face to face appointments like they used to before.
They're alright

My GP told me to self refer. They're alright. Just overloaded with patients and stretched.
Poor communication

There are communication issues there between them and other services. It is all online now too but many people don't have access to online bookings or have computers or smartphones. I find it frustrating for myself and others.
The worst surgery

Horrendous. The worst surgery. You can never get through to them. You have to just wait it out and keep trying to get an appointment.
